A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Vannessa Martinez Quintanilla is a seasoned loan officer deeply committed to helping individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership. Vannessa entered the industry in 2012 as a real estate agent assistant and then in 2014, a broker assistant and a licensed notary, where she started to learn all about the financial aspects of real estate. Over 10 years later, Vannessa continues to educate and guide families in both English and Spanish through the process of homeownership. One of her biggest drives is helping Spanish-speaking buyers who don’t always have access to information in their language. Being able to be a resource to them is extremely important to her.
Outside of the professional realm, Vannessa is a mom of two, a professional make- up artist and fitness fanatic. She wears multiple hats, and through this has developed great communication, leadership, and team player skills. She will always go above and beyond when working with buyers to make sure all their needs are met and achieve the American dream of homeownership.

Favorite thing about being in the Real Estate Business? Working one-on-one with clients who have the dream of owning a home. Being a piece of achieving that dream is everything to me. The fact that I can do it for Spanish-speaking buyers who don’t always have access to resources or information in their language is even more rewarding.
